Quite simple, tasted yummy over some steamed brown rice and finished up the left over pork. You could also cut up pork steaks and use that as well.

This past Saturday had planned some outdoor grilling but with Hanna making an appearance we opted for grilling indoors. We had some wonderful Ross&#8217;s Rustic Bread and some just picked eggplants. Tried this recipe with great results.

Leeks were in the market this week. Had these for a side with dinner this weekend. It looks pretty sprinkled with finely snipped chives and grated egg but it is also lovely with roast tomato halves; cooked in a low oven for at least an hour to concentrate the flavors. Serve at room temperature.
